Egg tray making process is including pulping system, molding system, drying system, and packing system process.
We have aluminum molds and plastic molds for your options.
For plastic molds, if you run the machine 24 hours per day, the service life is about 2-3 years;
For aluminum molds, you can always use them, and we rarely hear customer feedback about aluminum mold damage.
