The pulp molded egg tray machine independently developed by New Dawn Machinery has been successfully installed and debugged in the Philippines and officially put into production. The equipment delivered this time is PT 1-3 model, semi-automatic egg tray machine, with a production capacity of 1500 egg trays per hour, drying method is sun drying.
This cooperative customer is located in Mexico, Pampanga, in the Philippines. It is an emerging environmentally friendly packaging company dedicated to providing biodegradable pulp tray packaging for agricultural products.
New Dawn Machinery provided one-stop services for this project, from scheme design, equipment manufacturing, transportation coordination to installation guidance. Especially during the installation and commissioning phase, the company’s technical team went to the customer’s factory in the Philippines to provide on-site guidance on equipment installation and operation commissioning, helping the customer to efficiently complete the production line commissioning and ensure the project was delivered on schedule with high quality.
