The customer is a professional poultry farming enterprise, primarily engaged in layer (egg-laying chicken) breeding. With the continuous expansion of their farming scale and steady growth in daily egg production, the existing semi-automatic drying egg tray production method has become insufficient to meet the increasing demands of daily operations and market distribution.
To enhance the safety, standardization, and efficiency of egg packaging during storage and transportation, the customer decided to introduce automated packaging equipment.
