New Dawn Machinery shipped a set of 5-8 egg tray machine to Zambia in May 2025. The machine is equipped with a 70-meter brick dryer and can produce 5000 egg trays per hour. The fuel can be wood chips, biomass pellets, coal.
Brick dryers have small investment and fast returns, suitable for new starters. However, brick dryer is complicated to install, occupy a large area, have high fuel consumption, and is not convenient for future maintenance and repair. If the budget is sufficient, it is recommended to invest in a multi-layer metal dryer.
