On May 26, 2025, New Dawn Machinery successfully shipped coffee cup holder aluminum molds and hot press machine to Iran. This is the third time that the customer has ordered our products. New Dawn Machinery has established a solid cooperative relationship with the customer.
The coffee cup holder aluminum molds offered by New Dawn Machinery are designed to produce disposable coffee cup holders that can be used with disposable paper cups, ensuring both functionality and environmental sustainability.
The hot-pressing process is a common method to enhance the performance of paper pulp products. Through high temperature and pressure, the structural strength of the paper pulp product is increased, making it more durable and stable during use, especially for items like coffee cup trays, which need to bear a certain weight and maintain a specific shape. After hot pressing, the coffee cup tray becomes denser and smoother, and the surface treatment reduces the production of paper scraps and frayed edges, thus improving its appearance and user experience.
At a high temperature of 200°C, the hot-pressing process allows the fibers in the paper to better bond, which enhances the toughness and stretch resistance. This is especially important for takeout coffee, as the coffee cup tray needs to withstand pressure and external environmental influences during transportation and handling.
