Introduction of Pulp Molding Machine
- Pulp molding is a three-dimensional papermaking technology. It uses pulp as raw material and a mold with a filter to dehydrate the pulp under pressure (negative pressure or positive pressure). The processing method of forming to produce the desired product.
- The pulp molding process mainly includes pulping system, molding system, drying system and packing system.
- Auxiliary equipment: hydraulic pulper, forming machine, air compressor, vacuum pump, homogenizer, slurry supply pump, water pump, sewage pump, molds cleaning machine, stacker, baler, hot pressing machine.
- Pulp molded products are widely used as liner materials for commodity inner packaging. They have the advantages of low manufacturing cost, good product protection, no pollution to the environment, and recyclability, which are typical of green packaging.
